The Journey of a Young Student towards a Bright Future.
What about emotional support and self-motivation?
Fethi: It is also important to find someone that you can rely on, someone who is in the same situation as you. It can be a relative, a father, mother, brother, or a best friend. Try to talk about what is causing you to stress out and believe me when you talk it out, when you express yourself, it’s going to feel better like way better. Surrounding yourself with motivated and positive people helps to spread that motivation to you, and talking to those who are going through the same situation like you, share tips, and hacks could be helpful for your emotions during a stressful periods. Most importantly, you should be there for yourself, motivate yourself, sit with yourself, and reflect! Ask yourself, why are you stressing out for this exam? Why are you going through it? Why is it important for you? Try to find your answers about how that is related and relative to your future career goals, to your personal objectives, and your priorities. This will give you a push because most of the time we set short terms goals, we often be like “I want to pass my baccalaureate exam”, and that is it. This is setting goals without any tracking, or review…From time to time, it is good to remind your-self and remember why you are doing this because this will keep you motivated.
