Can you share with us your tips and hacks that helps you cope with stress?

Fethi: For how to cope with stress I really and highly recommend you guys to go and search for stress Management tips and hacks, read articles , listen to podcasts ; watch videos and try to see which methods of stress Management would work for YOU as a special individual. I wish that we could have enough space to cover stress Management. However, we cannot. Instead, I definitely can give you some tips and hacks on how I personally used to cope with stress especially when it comes to exams. Knowing that I used to have exams, projects, work, and a personal life, with everything happening at the same time. “P.S: I’m not a crazy person”. Remember that whatever you are going through is not something permanent. It is not something eternal .Maybe we all have that idea that exams are super important, exams are crucial, and if I fail exams, I am going to be a disappointment for my parents… You just need to know that you are a human, humans are made to make mistakes, and we have limits.

Know that we cannot over work our body, we cannot over work our emotions, and we cannot over work our brain. So, try to organize yourself , organize your time , and try to have some quality time for yourself to  just chill , do something that you love ; for example me whenever I’m having a lot of finals and I know that I’m going to do a lot of work , I just go cook and eat , or just eat. It makes me feel much better, some people like to dance it out, some people like to pray, and some others like to sing, or maybe like to do sports, run… Do whatever makes you feel happy and peaceful. Personally, if I knew back then that exercising would help me that much, I would have definitely tried it. Not necessarily on a daily basis, but like a high frequency exercise. I mean by that , you probably  just like to take a walk like wearing earphones with some music on ,  or whatever sports you like better , for example ,  go to the gym, go to play a football match, then come back,  and take a cold or a warm bath . Believe me your brain will feel so much better, and you will feel such peacefulness.
