Sometimes going through all these processes and having to keep up with overwhelming situations is extremely stressful. According to you, how does the stress affect us?

Fethi: First, I need you to know that stress is not necessarily a bad word. It is not always a bad situation. Once you are in, there are two types of stress: you have the positive stress, and the negative one. As I told you stress can be positive, and beneficial which is something that we all want in our lives because it is something that will stimulate and push you to do better. However , the stress that can affect your physical health,  as like you’re having a lot of stomach aches , vomiting,  headaches , a chest pain,  nausea , diarrhea…Here you are  having problems . It could also affect your mental health; you might start to find communicating and coexisting with your surroundings bothering. That’s something I used to suffer from , and whenever I’m stressed out I do not stand anyone around me , especially my family. Even as a person who enjoys sarcasm , it is like dare to make a joke about me when I’m stressed out , I mean it, because back then I would have become super rude to anyone that would dare to do that . It caused me to change my behaviors; it caused me to question my existence. I was not sleeping really well, and in my case, it was not sleep deprive, but it was more like oversleeping. I slept more than I should have, and I was always impatient. Therefore, if you are having this kind of symptoms you should not take it at ease. If it gets worse, and it becomes some sort of a constant problem try to seek help. Try to find for example a psychiatrist and try to talk it out. Do not try any medication that you see on TV commercialized on our channels, and do not do that until you get a medical consult.
