Does it happen that you feel overwhelmed with all you have to do, or while having exams especially?
Fethi: This is a personality matter. For example, I have a friend who is like the crying type, crying over all the situations, and on the other hand, I for example, I am a calm person by nature. However, feeling overwhelmed and stressed out is a typical normal feeling that everybody feels. For me when I voluntarily do not prepare well for one of my exams I do feel overwhelmed too. It happened to me before too when I had to deal with my work, studies, and volunteering experience. By then I was not mastering the Time Management Skills. Time management is not a skill that we could learn like any subject, and then say, I am a great time manager. It is a whole process , and for me to go through the whole process I had to go through a lot of overwhelming moments , but it pushed me to prioritize my tasks and know how to organize myself . What we need to know is that such a situation is not a permanent obstacle. It is in fact a challenge that we can simply overcome.
