Fethi: First, the secret relies on time management. If you learn how to make routine for yourself, stick to it, like at what time you are going to wake up. At what time you are supposed to sleep, what are you supposed to eat? About the food try to have to limit yourself with like really nutritive and healthy food, it will boost your performance, your energy, and motivation to study again. In addition, as mentioned before get enough sleep. Make sure to start considering time management by scheduling a routine of when you are supposed to study, at what time you are supposed to start, and what time you supposed to finish. Do not overwork yourself, plan breaks here and there. Reward yourself for the efforts you are making, and promise yourself the biggest reward once succeeding for example; “I will have a full fun day with friends at the beach once I am done with exams.”
